Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via CTT with no tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by CTT Registered Mail with tracking and required signature, an additional cost will be applied. If you choose shipment by CTT Registered Mail, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

How do you calculate my postage?

Behind every item in the shop we saved the weight. The shop system adds the weight of every item and adds some % for the packaging and calculates your postage depending on where your shipping address is located. Approximately the following weights are behind those items...

CD = 120g
LP = 350g
EP = 75g
MC = 75g
Shirt = 250g
Patch = 5g
Pin = 2g

Please note that the weight can vary from item to item depending on their packaging.

Payment

We accept only payments in advance (most of all because of technical reasons connected with the shop) so please, choose between the available payment methods which are Bank Wire and Paypal.

After you complete the order you will receive all the account details that you need for the bank wire.

PayPal

Please add 3,4% + €0,35 EUR to the total amount yourself for the PayPal fees and send the payment to: records.heavysteel@gmail.com
