Released in 2010, Headbanger is an EP/cassette release by the Los Angeles-based metalpunk/speed metal act Iron Fist.
Delivering a relentless, raw blend of speed metal, heavy metal, and Motorhead-inspired punk rock 'n' roll attitude, the EP is packed with fast-paced riffing, simple galloping rhythms, and unpolished, aggressive vocals.
